Terms & Conditions

  • Cowork Maribor / We / Us – Refers to Eder d.o.o., the operator of the coworking space.
  • Client / You – Refers to the individual or company using the coworking space or booking services.
  • Membership / Booking – Refers to your reservation of a desk, office, or meeting room in our coworking space.
  • Space – Refers to all facilities and areas provided by Cowork Maribor.

Cowork Maribor offers:

  • Access to shared desks and/or private offices
  • Meeting room usage (subject to booking)
  • Call booth (private call room, subject to availability)
  • High-speed internet
  • Printing/scanning
  • The use of kitchen and it’s amenities
  • Community events and amenities
  • Reception support and mail handling (optional)

Services may vary depending on the plan or agreement you select.

You agree:

  • To use the space for lawful business purposes only.
  • To respect other members and shared resources.
  • Not to disrupt the working environment (excessive noise, offensive behavior, etc.).
  • Not to store or bring hazardous or illegal items into the premises.

Cowork Maribor retains the right to refuse service or terminate your access if your conduct breaches these rules.

Standard access is available during business hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00–20:00
Members with special access may use the space outside these hours, depending on their plan. (subject to special arrangement)

  • Credits (bookings) are purchased through our online system, with secure payment processing via Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed with or without VAT depending on your billing type (individual or company).
  • All sales are final, unless covered by Stripe’s refund terms.
  • Credit packages are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Unused credits do not carry over beyond the expiration date.
  • Clients may cancel a booked coworking day at least 24 hours in advance to retain their credit.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit result in loss of the credit.
  • Credits are non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window.
  • Standard Stripe refund policy applies to all financial transactions. No additional or alternative refund policy is in place.

If included in your plan, we may receive mail on your behalf. You agree:

  • That we are not responsible for lost or damaged Amail.
  • To collect mail in a timely manner.
  • That mail services are for business use only.

We provide secure guest Wi-Fi access; however:

  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • You are responsible for your own data security.
  • You must not engage in illegal downloads, hacking, or similar activities.
  • Cowork Maribor is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your personal property.
  • You are responsible for insuring your own equipment, if needed.
  • We are not liable for any business loss, interruption, or missed opportunity resulting from service disruption.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
You consent to the processing of your data for booking, communication, and service improvement purposes.

We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the space implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Maribor.
